Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • This home does not include access to or use of the garage.
  • Guests may use the Tesla EV charger with universal end.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm.
    • Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the amenities.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy).

Parking Information

  • Free parking is provided on the flat, circular drive.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Guests may use the Tesla EV charger with universal end.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have high-speed internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • All linens and towels are provided.
  • Bed linens are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer are available.
  • Hair dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, and pool table are available.
  • Hot tub is available.
  • Whole-house generator has been installed.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This homeowner uses a set of exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. There are 5 cameras in total:
    • First is located on the front door providing sight to the front door entryway and driveway.
    • The second is located in the top right hand corner by the garage door which provides sight to the entryway driveway and garage door.
    • The third is located on the right hand side of the house left corner which provides sight to the yard on the right and driveway.
    • The fourth is located on the crawlspace door which provides sight to the back yard and underneath a portion of the porch.
    • The fifth camera is located on the left side of the house on the right hand side. This provides sight to the left yard and steps leading to the yard.

Additional Critical Details

  • Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard neighborhoods.
  • Eagles Nest is a community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
